There are two types of batches:
Pre-Cum-Main Batches - popularly known as Foundation Course. They commence in the first week of January and get closed by the first week of May every year.
Main Batches - start in the first week of July and get closed by the end of September, subject to the date of examinations.

Area of operations is very restricted to ensure excellence and to secure a national recognition. Therefore the institution is recognised for General Studies, Essay and Public Administration. Sociology and Philosophy are likely to be included in near future

Membership of the Centre is given through a Suitability Test which is subjective type test and it is held after holding two or three classes. The idea is to check the reception and conception of the candidate.

Medium of Class lecture is Hindi as well as English, supported by Lecture Plan, Synopsis and model question-answers, in either medium

Interview Session for IAS/PCS is held according to the schedule of the commission. The candidate is trained to appear before the Interview Board, confidently.
